Your Booking

When making a reservation with Penralley House (Guest Accommodation), the contract for your
stay is with Penralley House, South Street, Rhayader, Powys, LD6 5BH.

The Price You Pay

Unless otherwise stated, all prices and rates are displayed in British Pound (£).
Bookings are taken at the current rate and subject to availability.
The full price for each stay is to be settled in full before departure by cash, cheque
(with a current bankers card), accepted Credit/Debit cards or on account by prior arrangement.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable unless special arrangements have been made.
Credit/Debit card details may be requested at booking. The guest (or card holder) will be made
aware if any money is taken prior to the arrival date.

Cancellations/Amendments

In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so.
If this does arise you can:-
a) Accept the changed arrangements we may offer.
b) Make an alternative arrangement with us.
c) Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
If you find you have to cancel, the following applies:-
a) If cancelled up to 2 days before arrival, no fee will be charged.
b) If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
c) On a one night stay and if cancelled later than 2 days or in case of no-show then the cost of the first night will be charged.

Vehicle Parking

We have a car park which is free of charge, accessed at the side of the house. Vehicles entering, leaving and left in the car park are at the customer’s own risk. We can’t guarantee a space for your vehicle. Please leave your registration number at reception when you check in. Please be very careful when both driving into and out of the car park as the access by the side of the house is quite narrow. Please also be aware when entering and leaving the car park that the main road can be busy.
Alternatively cars can be parked on Caeherbert Lane, opposite the house where there are no parking restrictions.
